This has been instrumental in giving our team time back to refocus our attention on other key areas of the business and visual merchandising/marketing functions. We now merchandise each month through the IWD platform and utilize many of it’s functionalities to aid in the creation of our floorset documents.
After learning the program with the support of the training team I found it easy to use and helpful in my role. The program allowed for more accuracy and realistic views of the store layout and can be shared with staff to easily make merchandising changes.
We can visually communicate with other departments within the organization. This has given us the ability to clearly represent the in-store experience, ultimately leading to a more cohesive rollout for our retail teams. Their feedback has been incredible. They love the clarity and simplicity of the directions we are now able to provide.
A great tool for Visual Merchandising! IWD is a great tool that we use daily within our VM team. It allows us the flexibility to focus on our day to day, and make the right business decisions for the brands we work with. The accuracy in terms of measurements and scale is reassuring when we're planning planograms and in store displays for multiple brands.
Thanks to the IWD solution, we’ve been able to make much better use of our time. Instead of spending time in the showroom, we now handle store merchandising virtually. As a result, we’ve gone from 11 guidelines a month to 57.
